What You’ll Do:
Monitor, investigate, and report hospital-acquired infections (HAIs)
Conduct infection prevention rounds and educate healthcare staff on best practices
Develop and maintain infection prevention policies and regulatory compliance standards
Analyze infection trends and implement prevention strategies
Support employee health screenings, immunizations, and workplace injury reporting
What You’ll Bring:
Active California RN license
Acute care nursing experience preferred
Infection Prevention or Infection Control experience preferred
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of CDC, OSHA, CMS, and Joint Commission standards preferred
