This rehabilitation nursing position earns a competitive salary of up to $47.00 per hour (based on years of experience). Duties: Major job functions include responsibility for functions, activities and services of all residents and employees on 11pm-7:00am shift. This includes facility rounds; ensuring nursing staff provide treatments and medications as prescribed; ensuring resident comfort and safety; makes independent decisions regarding nursing care after assessing resident and collecting input from team leader; adheres to resident's Bill of Rights, care policies and all department policies, federal and state regulations; assesses employees ill or injured while on duty; handles staff call-in's; assists nursing team leaders as needed; ensures Unpredictable Event Reports are written; initiates internal report/investigations; provides ongoing education to staff and keeps up with own continuing education; responds to all facility emergencies; updates MD's and families as needed; reports daily to DON; follows HIPAA requirements; and all other duties as assigned. Provides excellent customer service and communication to all residents/families/visitors/MD's/ coworkers, etc. Qualifications: This position requires RN licensure with the MN Board of Nursing. Must have current CPR certification. Requires a minimum of 2 years experience in a LTC or hospital setting. Must possess strong clinical and critical thinking skills.

WORK SCHEDULE8-hour shifts. 3:00pm - 11:00pm Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday every other weekend
