About Facility: Address: Servicing North Milwaukee and the counties of Washington, Ozaukee, Waukesha, and Jefferson General Information: Beds: N/A Will you accept a traveler with 1-year experience? 2 years of Hospice experience needed Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes, if they have Hospice and EPIC Remote Client experience Patient Types: Adults only End of Life patients Patient Ratios: 1:1 Required Certifications: BLS Valid DL and insurance Skills required: End of life care/planning, wound assessments, care coordination, pain/symptom management, triage Support on the Unit: RNs Resource Nurse Case Managers Technology/Equipment: EMR: EPIC Remote Client experience preferred IV pumps: Sapphire Floating: If yes, where? Anywhere within the counties Orientation (how many shifts): up to 1 week, based on comfort level Scheduling: Weekend rotation: No weekends Call?
