Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care for a patient in the Thornhurst, PA area. Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with the patient's plan of care
• Conduct ongoing patient assessments and monitor health status
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Perform skilled nursing procedures as needed
• Monitor and document vital signs and patient responses to treatment
• Educate patients and family members on health management and care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Ensure patient safety and infection control standards are followed
• Identify and report changes in patient condition promptly

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current CPR certification
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently in a home care environment
• Previous home healthcare or private duty nursing experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to meet all Maxim Healthcare onboarding requirements
