Mandatory Prerequisites:
-Minimum requirement of an associate degree
- Active Registration as a Nurse (RN License) in Illinois. A year's experience or more in the role of a Registered Nurse.
Noteworthy Skillsets:
Hold valid certifications from the American Heart Association for Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS). Possess a dependable means of transport and full auto insurance coverage.
Job Overview:
The prospective Registered Nurse for Home Health will join our expanding team based in Evanston, IL, bearing the responsibilities of home health check-ups and consultations, ensuring comfort and convenience to all our patients within their homes.
Essential Qualities:
- At least a year's experience in a Registered Nurse role; prior experience in-home health care is preferred.
- License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Illinois
- Associate degree or higher in Nursing
- Hold valid certifications for Basic Life Support and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- Possess a valid driver's license, trustworthy transportation, and comprehensive auto insurance
Offerings and Conditions:
- Full-time role, with normal working hours from Monday through Friday
- Flexible scheduling, minimal extended-duration shifts, and nominal weekend shifts across the year
- Robust six-week in-service program for Registered Nurses (RNs)
- Traveling position with compensations accounted for/reimbursed

- Quarterly bonus payout ($15K per year)
- This role operates on a pay-per-visit basis
