Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Home Health RN with strong clinical skills in wound care, IV therapy, and central line management. Candidates must have prior home health or visiting nurse experience and be comfortable working independently in patient homes.

Coverage Territory

Coverage includes:

• Westchester
• Bellwood
• Maywood
• Forest Park
• Berwyn
• Cicero
• Lyons
• Riverside
• Broadview
• Melrose Park
• Brookfield

Office located in Oak Brook.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience
• First-time travelers not accepted
• Active IL or Compact RN License
• BLS Certification
• Valid driver s license, vehicle, and auto insurance

Required Skills

• Wound vacs & wound care
• Central line care
• Pleurex catheters
• IV administration & venipuncture
• Patient/family education
• Care planning & assessments
• Time management & communication

Patient Population

• Adults primarily
• Common diagnoses include stroke and cognitive issues

Schedule

• Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Every 3rd weekend rotation
• No call
• No holiday requirement
• No overtime approved

Additional Information

• EMR: EPIC preferred
• Equipment: Saphire IV Pumps, Kangaroo Pumps
• 1 2 weeks orientation
• Professional attire required
