Job Title: RN - Geri Psych Location: NYC, NY Duration: 3 months Contract Schedule: 7am-7:30pm, EOW
Hourly pay: $53/hour on W2 (negotiable) Position Summary:
Provide safe, competent, high-quality psychiatric nursing care to assigned patients.
Deliver care using the nursing process, evidence-based practice, and Relationship-Centered Care principles.

Respect patients' values, preferences, culture, and individual needs.
Build and maintain therapeutic relationships with patients and families.
Use evidence-based practices to improve patient satisfaction.
Perform service recovery and escalate concerns when necessary.
Demonstrate compassion, empathy, respect, and active listening.
Conduct Purposeful Hourly Rounding addressing the 4 Ps.
Required Experience:
2–3 years of Medical Assistant or medical office experience.
Experience supporting office operations, scheduling, documentation, and record management.
Required Qualifications
Active New York State RN License.
BLS Certification.
Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
Minimum 2 years of psychiatric nursing experience.
EPIC experience.
Education:
Bachelor of Science with a major in nursing preferred. Associate degree in nursing is considered only with relevant experience and/or active matriculation in a BSN Program
