Registered Nurse - MedSurg Float Pool Night Shift

Salary Range: $56.92-$86.09/hour plus $3.50/hour Resource Team differential and $7.75/hour night shift differential.
Compensation is based on collective bargaining agreement.

What Youll Do
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with professional standards and unit protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic patient care.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs.
- Document care accurately and timely.
- Delegate tasks appropriately based on team members competencies.
- Participate in quality improvement, safety, and infection prevention initiatives.
- Stay current through ongoing education and professional development.
What You Bring
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- Licensure: Active RN license in Washington or ability to obtain.
- Certifications: BLS required; ACLS and NIHSS required within 6 months of hire.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience required for consideration.
- Skills: Strong clinical judgment and adaptability; excellent communication and teamwork; familiarity with EPIC EHR.
