What You Will Do:
As an ER RN, you will be vital in delivering high-quality emergency care, utilizing your clinical skills to assess, plan, and implement patient treatment. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, manage complex cases with professionalism, and serve as a trusted resource for patients and families in urgent situations. Your role will focus on providing compassionate, efficient, and evidence-based care that promotes positive outcomes and enhances patient satisfaction.
Required Skills:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 2+ years of ER experience in a fast-paced setting
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Certification in CPI, ACLS, and PALS
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and web-based applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and adapt to changing circumstances
Nice to Have Skills:
- Certification in a clinical specialty area
- Experience with trauma or pediatric emergency care
- Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Extensive experience in emergency or critical care settings
Other Requirements:
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to perform demanding tasks involving lifting and moving patients
- Willingness to work in high-pressure and potentially hazardous environments, with proper training and safety measures in place
This role offers an hourly pay rate of $54.31 and is available starting April 27, 2026.
