Job Title: RN Emergency - FS
Location: Oklahoma City, OK 73159
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift/Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Every other weekend required
Job Responsibilities:
" Provide nursing care to patients with simple to complex medical conditions.
" Assume responsibility for an assigned patient group.
" Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment.
" Administer medications, IV infusions, and blood products as prescribed.
" Assist physicians during examinations, diagnostic procedures, and treatments.
" Monitor physiological status and intervene when necessary.
" Educate patients and families regarding care plans, procedures, and discharge instructions.
" Coordinate patient care with appropriate healthcare personnel.
" Delegate tasks to support staff.
" Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
" Minimum 1 year of RN experience.
" Active RN License.
" BLS certification.
" Level 1 Trauma experience required.
" Knowledge of professional nursing theories, practices, techniques, and procedures.
" Ability to organize, plan, coordinate, and evaluate nursing services.
" Strong verbal and written communication skills.
" Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
" Basic computer skills.
