Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

• Oversee the delivery of clinical services to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in home health.
  <\/span><\/li>
• Supervise nursing staff, providing guidance and support in their daily operations.
  <\/span><\/li>
• Manage shift schedules to optimize staffing levels and ensure adequate coverage for patient needs.
  <\/span><\/li>
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  <\/span><\/li>
• Monitor patient outcomes and quality metrics, making adjustments as necessary to improve service delivery.
  <\/span><\/li>
• Ensure that all clinical staff are trained in current best practices related to physiology, anatomy, and specific care protocols.
  <\/span><\/li>
• Maintain knowledge of Medicare regulations and ensure compliance within the organization.
  <\/span><\/li>
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through training and development initiatives for clinical staff.
  <\/span><\/li>
• Monitor QAPI program to assure appropriate corrective measures are performed.<\/span>

  Experience<\/span><\/b>
  <\/span><\/span><\/p>

  • 2 - 5 years of RN - Leadership experience in Home Health.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • OASIS & QAPI Experience is a must.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • RN -BSN License in Ohio coupled with proven experience in nurse management or a similar leadership role within home health care.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Strong knowledge of clinical systems and processes related to hospice care, acute care, and home health.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Demonstrated ability in supervising teams effectively while managing multiple priorities.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • In -depth understanding of physiology and anatomy as it relates to patient care.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Familiarity with Medicare guidelines and documentation requirements is highly desirable.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
