Position Name: RN CSICU Day Shifts: Nights (Rotating Weekends) Sign ON: to $25k Sign on for Nights and Up to $15k Sign on for Days Only Relocation: Case by Case Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic RN to join our team. We need a compassionate and reliable RN to provide care for patients that need close monitoring and frequent assessments. In this role you will be required to make clinical assessments of situations and manage treatment autonomously. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner Qualifications/Experience: Looking for candidates that have 1+years of Acute Care RN experience. (Does not necessarily need to be in the ICU but they need a good Acute Care Background) If a candidate has 3 or more years of experience as an RN and if they have their compact license (They’ll still need to apply for the FL license) we can consider and move forward If a candidate has less than 3 years of RN experience, they’ll need to take the NCLEX in FL and once they pass we can consider (This is if candidates do not have a FL RN License) BLS required ACLS required within 6 months of hire BSN is preferred CCRN a plus but must be obtained within 2 years.
