Pay: $2,108 – $2,365
Schedule:
Full-Time, 3x12-hour Night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Every other weekend (EOW) required
Holidays required
2 on-call shifts per 4-week period
Provide critical care across ICU, ED, and Med/Surg units
Float between GGH & SSMH as needed
Monitor, assess, and document patient status
Administer treatments and respond to emergencies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Active NYS RN License – Required
BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) – Required
Minimum 1 year experience in Med/Surg, Telemetry, or Critical Care – Required
Must be cross-trained and comfortable floating to ICU, ED, Med/Surg, MST units
Certifications (AHA or RQI only):
BLS, ACLS, PALS – Required
NIHSS – Required
Basic Coronary Care – within 6 months of hire
CPI certification – within 90 days of hire
Preferred:
Emergency Nurses Association certification (within 2 years)
TNCC (within 2 years)
Experience with EMR and Microsoft Office
