Registered Nurse (RN) Consultant – Assisted Living
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Consultant for Assisted Living communities and assist with the CMA & CALA course as well as Consulting projects (RN must also hold a CALA for consulting projects).

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical consulting and oversight for assisted living communities
- Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations
- Support staff training, documentation, and quality improvement initiatives
- Conduct audits and assist with survey readiness
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with electronic documentation systems
- Knowledge of assisted living regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
