We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Services Coordinator to support our therapy administrative operations and help ensure continuity of care for our pediatric patients. This is a great entry level administrative role for a RN who is customer service focused, organized, and detail oriented! 

Responsibilities:

We are currently adding a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Services Coordinator to our team! This role is responsible for calling in verbal orders on behalf of therapists, tracking the receipt of signed therapists' orders, and ensuring the continuity of care through the operations process for therapy patients. 

What You’ll Do:

    • Coordinate pediatric therapy services by obtaining and managing physician therapy orders to ensure timely initiation and continuity of care.
    • Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, Community Relations Representatives teams to coordinate patient care.
    • Track and follow up on therapy orders to prevent treatment delays and maintain regulatory compliance.
    • Build strong relationships with provider offices to facilitate effective communication and efficient care coordination.
    • Manage clinical workflows, documentation, and follow-up activities while delivering compassionate, patient-centered service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Qualifications:

What You’ll Need:

  • Active RN Compact license
  • 1–3 years of administrative experience
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

Other Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to carry out detailed but involved written instructions.
  • Excellent computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite and database activity.
  • Strong ability to multi-task.

Physical Demands/Working Environment 

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard.
  • Ability to sit at a computer for an extended period.
  • Light physical activity performing non-strenuous activities of an Administrative nature.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements (clear vision at 20 inches or less).
  • Moderate noise (i.e., business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic).
