Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (In Office)
Salary: $95,000 – $100,000 annually (based on experience)

Position Overview

A respected home health provider is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager (RN) to lead clinical operations and support a team of healthcare professionals delivering high-quality patient care throughout the Temple area. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing clinical services, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting staff development, and promoting outstanding patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a compassionate nursing leader with strong home health experience and a commitment to excellence in patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight for home health operations.

  • Ensure patient care services meet professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to promote quality care and operational success.

  • Monitor clinical documentation, care coordination, and patient outcomes.

  • Collaborate with physicians, referral partners, patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams.

  • Drive quality improvement initiatives and support organizational performance goals.

  • Maintain compliance with Medicare guidelines and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

  • Foster a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and patient-centered care.

  • Support staff development through coaching, education, and performance management.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of RN experience.

  • Previous leadership or management experience in home health, community health, or clinical settings preferred.

  • Current CPR certification.

  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the service area.

  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
