Position Summary
The RN Charge Nurse provides direct nursing care to residents while leading and supporting nursing staff to ensure the highest standards of care. This role is responsible for supervising daily nursing operations, coordinating resident care, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, resident-centered nursing care.
- Supervise and support Licensed Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Coordinate and oversee daily nursing activities and resident care plans.
- Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes in health status.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive resident outcomes.
- Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a degree in Nursing.
- Current, active, and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, quality care.
Preferred:
- Previous experience as an RN Charge Nurse.
- Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or geriatric care experience.
