Join Our Team as an RN - Case Manager / Utilization Review / CDI

Required Skills:
  • Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) with ability to recertify
  • Minimum of 1.5 years recent experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 2 years
  • Experience with hospital-sized or trauma center facilities; travelers must meet these criteria
  • Proficiency with EPIC Electronic Medical Records preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to interpret clinical data and coordinate care effectively
  • No history of license suspension, investigation, or professional liability claims
  • Legal right to work in the U.S.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment health screening
  • Pass drug screening and criminal background check

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience in utilization review, case management, or clinical documentation improvement (CDI)
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
  • Additional certifications such as CCM or CPUR are a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher
  • 2+ years of recent hospital-based nursing experience, especially in trauma centers or large-scale hospitals

Other Requirements:
  • This role is based on day shift hours, 8-hour shifts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
