Join Our Team as an RN - Case Manager / Utilization Review / CDI

Required Skills:
- Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) with ability to recertify
- Minimum of 1.5 years recent experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 2 years
- Experience with hospital-sized or trauma center facilities; travelers must meet these criteria
- Proficiency with EPIC Electronic Medical Records preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to interpret clinical data and coordinate care effectively
- No history of license suspension, investigation, or professional liability claims
- Legal right to work in the U.S.
- Successful completion of pre-employment health screening
- Pass drug screening and criminal background check
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in utilization review, case management, or clinical documentation improvement (CDI)
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Additional certifications such as CCM or CPUR are a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher
- 2+ years of recent hospital-based nursing experience, especially in trauma centers or large-scale hospitals
Other Requirements:
- This role is based on day shift hours, 8-hour shifts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
