RN Case Manager

Schedule: 8:30 AM - 4:30PM (Monday - Sun)

Requirements: Current California RN license. Two years of clinical experience. 2 years of Case Management experience and/or certification in Case Management. Current BCLS certification

Notes: Needs to be flexible with their schedule. The schedule is 5 x 8's

This is a 13 week assignment with option to extend.
