Work only 1-2 holidays per year, every 6th weekend, and on-call weekend rotation!
Responsibilities as an RN Case Manager:
Provide comprehensive and compassionate care and treatments to residents and patients Ability and desire to lead and inspire a team of nursing staff Must be able to delegate and multi-task Collaborate with IDT regularly and effectively Educate and update residents and patients on medical treatments
Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse license in the state of MN CPR certified Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields Previous Case Management experience preferred Familiarity with new medical software and equipment Ability to build rapport with staff, residents, and families Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
