Harborview Medical Centers 2 West Clinics has an outstanding opportunity for an Assistant Nurse Manager (RN 3).

WORK SCHEDULE

100% FTE, 40 hours weekly Day Shift, Mon - Fri

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION

Harborviews 2 West Clinics include Madison (HIV Primary Care), Infectious Diseases, Hansens Disease, Travel Medicine, Allergy (Adult), High Resolution Anoscopy, and the MOD, MAX, and Aurora/SHE low barrier clinics.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Functions as a competent Registered Nurse to provide safe and therapeutic care and coordination of services throughout the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, as well as acting as a clinical resource for staff.

Oversees day-to-day clinical activities, supervises and supports clinical staff (RN2 and MA), and provides direction to and coordination of the work of other clinic support staff.

Helps in the planning and implementation of desired changes to improve the delivery of patient care and development of clinical support staff.

Helps develop, guide, and oversee Quality Improvement initiatives in conjunction with administrative and physician leadership.

REQUIREMENTS

Active WA State or Multi-State RN License by start date

At least 5 years of experience as an RN in high acuity settings

Compensation, Benefits and Position Details

Pay Range Minimum: $49.23 hourly Pay Range Maximum: $91.22 hourly Other Compensation: $10,000 Sign-On Bonus $1.00/hour BSN premium Relocation assistance available
