Job Description:
The Roseman Medical Group is seeking an experienced and collaborative Clinical Manager to provide clinical leadership within our family medicine and pediatric ambulatory practice. This role is ideal for a strong nursing leader who enjoys balancing patient care, clinical operations, staff development, and quality improvement in a fast-paced academic healthcare environment.
What You'll Do
Lead and support day-to-day clinical operations in partnership with the Medical Director and Office Manager
Serve as the primary clinical resource for triage, patient care coordination, and urgent clinical support
Support and mentor medical assistants and clinical staff through coaching, training, and performance oversight
Help optimize workflows, improve patient experience, and support quality and safety initiatives
Step into direct patient care activities as needed to maintain efficient clinic flow
Foster a collaborative, patient-centered culture that supports both healthcare delivery and clinical education
What We're Looking For
Current Nevada RN license
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
3-5 years of ambulatory care, family medicine, pediatrics, or related clinical experience
Experience with clinical triage, patient care coordination, or telephone advice nursing
Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong communication, clinical judgment, and team leadership skills
