We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Coordinator to join our logistics and warehouse operations team. The RMA Coordinator will oversee the entire process of product returns, ensuring efficient handling, accurate documentation, and timely resolution of customer requests. This role is vital in maintaining customer satisfaction, streamlining warehouse distribution, and supporting inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, experience with warehouse management systems, and familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures. They will play a key role in coordinating return activities, managing stock movements, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Duties

Manage the end-to-end RMA process, including receiving return requests, authorizing returns, and coordinating with warehouse staff.
Utilize warehouse management systems and RF scanners to track returned items, update inventory records, and ensure accurate stock levels.
Oversee the picking, packing, and loading of returned products for shipment or restocking using order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and forklifts.
Coordinate with shipping & receiving teams to load and unload returned goods efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
Inspect returned items for quality issues or damages; document findings accurately within the system.
Collaborate with warehouse distribution teams to ensure timely processing of returns and proper storage or disposal.
Maintain detailed records of all return transactions using systems such as AS400 or MRP software.
Assist in packaging returned products securely for shipment back to vendors or for resale.
Support order fulfillment activities by managing stock replenishment and ensuring accurate inventory levels.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding return statuses and resolution timelines.
Ensure compliance with company policies related to stock management, order picking, and shipping procedures.
Experience

Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, and inventory management.
Hands-on experience operating equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, MRP software, and RF scanners.
Prior experience in e-commerce logistics or similar fast-paced distribution settings preferred.
Basic math skills necessary for inventory counting and order calculations.
Strong understanding of packaging standards to ensure product safety during transit.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to maintain accurate records of returns and inventory movements.
