Accurately maintain records such as accounts, food sales, daily inventory, and shift end reports.
Answer phone and questions from public and members.
Administers basic first aid as needed and fills out proper forms as required.
Ensures appearance of the River Rapids Waterpark by cleaning all areas as needed.
Project a positive and professional image\attitude with patrons and staff.
Perform opening and closing procedures as required.
Must be able to communicate effectively in a positive, professional manner with aquatic patrons and staff.
Dress appropriately in clean uniform, as directed by the Director and follow guidelines for health and hygiene.
Ensure that all Concessions areas are cleaned.
Interacts with guests in a pleasant way with your conversation and take care of their needs and allergies.
Work collaboratively with concession cooks to efficiently meet customer and staff needs and ensure smooth operation of the concession stand.
Attends staff meetings and trainings as scheduled.
Follows all YMCA'S policies, rules, safety practices, regulations and procedures, including emergency and safety procedures.
Reports incidents and accidents if necessary.
Performs all other duties as assigned.

Prior Food Service or Customer Service experience is preferred.
