Risk Management Analyst

Graham Personnel Services is seeking a Risk Management Analyst for our client in High Point, NC. This role will support safety, compliance, and risk initiatives across the organization. This role partners with the Risk Manager to assist with safety programs, claims handling, workers’ compensation, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support safety training and OSHA compliance
• Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations
• Assist with claims handling and workers’ compensation
• Maintain safety and risk documentation
• Analyze incidents and support accident prevention efforts
• Collaborate with departments to promote a strong safety culture

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree + 3+ years of experience in risk management, safety, or insurance
• Valid driver’s license (or ability to obtain NC license)
• Ability to obtain NC insurance license within 12 months

Preferred:
• OSHA knowledge, safety certifications, or public sector experience
• Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills
