About the Role The IT Security Analyst II will perform all procedures necessary to ensure the safety of information systems assets and protect systems from intentional or inadvertent access or destruction.About the Team The System and Organization Controls (SOC) reports are internal control reports on the products and services provided by a service organization. They detail information essential for users to assess and address risks associated with an outsourced relationship. The SOC Report serves as a third‑party control audit on business units and strategic environments within FIS, producing both product/solution‑based reports and data center General Computing Controls (GCC) reports.Responsibilities Exposure to all domains of Information SecurityExecutive communication and presence – develop communications and presentations for C‑suite and other leadership consumptionProject managementCross‑functional relationship developmentStakeholder managementInfluence, negotiation, and prioritizationDevelop a thorough understanding of controls, assurance, and testingUtilization of cloud‑based software solutions and tools to manage audits and perform business‑as‑usual tasksGain an understanding of FIS Corporate/Leveraged Infrastructure and LOB operations and their impact on audit and assurance interestsQualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science or an equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience3+ years of applicable experience desired for this positionKnowledge of basic IT general controlsProficiency in written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in time management, communications, decision making, presentation, and organizational skillsProficiency in planning, reporting, establishing goals and objectives, standards, priorities, and schedulesIntermediate to advanced decision‑making and problem‑solving skillsIntermediate to advanced verbal and written communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences at various levels in the organizationExperience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with employees and/or clientsWhat We Offer You Flexible and creative work environmentDiverse and collaborative atmosphereProfessional and personal development resourcesOpportunities to volunteer and support charitiesCompetitive salary and benefitsEEOC Statement FIS is an equal opportunity employer.
