What You'll Do

Manage your own pipeline: internet leads, phone calls, and showroom traffic

Work customers through the entire sales process—no handoffs

Desk deals, structure numbers, and assist in presenting financing options

Handle paperwork and digital deal flow with accuracy and efficiency

Deliver vehicles and ensure a seamless customer experience
What You Bring
- Previous automotive sales experience is required

Strong computer proficiency (CRM tools, deal structuring, digital paperwork)

Highly self-motivated—you don't need to be micromanaged

Confidence working deals independently and closing

Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-moving environment

Valid driver's license and schedule flexibility

Essential Job Functions:
- Must have a valid drivers license and meet company motor vehicle report standards
- High school education or equivalent
- 1-3 years working in hospitality, retail, restaurant, food service or similar industry
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Tablet/PC/Smartphone proficiency
- Meeting new customers and working to build a long term relationship
- Must be able to multitask between answering phones, working with employees, and assisting customers
- Must have the flexibility of schedule to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
