The Role:100% outpatient rheumatology no inpatient rounding
Build your schedule: part-time, full-time, or week-on/week-off
Choose your patient mix and age group
Work alongside a high-functioning care team and a full spectrum of specialties
Use Cerner EMR , fully integrated across settings
Access to Mayo Clinic eConsults, eBoards, and CME opportunities
Teaching optional engage with medical students and APP trainees
Enjoy real autonomy while shaping clinic operations

$300K base salary (40 hrs/week) + wRVU productivity bonus
Total earning potential up to $500K/year
$50,000 signing bonus
Loan repayment options (paid monthly, quarterly, or annually your choice!)
Up to $10,000 relocation assistance
$5,000 annual CME & board certification support
248 hours PTO (vacation, holidays, CME)
