Job Description Summary
At Bel, the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Manager is a key leader responsible for developing, executing, and refining pricing strategies and promotional tactics to drive sustainable, profitable growth across all brands and channels. This analytical and strategic role partners cross-functionally with Sales Strategy & Planning, Finance, and Marketing teams to leverage financial, shopper, and syndicated data for actionable insights. The RGM Manager plays an influential role in ensuring that our commercial strategies are informed by robust data analysis, grounded in market reality, and focused on maximizing both top-line and bottom-line performance. Working Conditions
This is a hybrid office-based role in our Chicago Headquarters location. Hours of work will generally be during regular business hours with at least 40 hours a week. There will be in person meeting expectations on a regular basis. At times there will be some variation in work hours due to special projects, deadlines and other concerns. Up to 10% business travel may be required.
