Compensation includes a $20/hour base salary, benefits, 401(k), and profit sharing. Requirements include physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, operate equipment, and work flexible hours. Two shifts are available: Day (5am-1:30pm) and Swing (3pm-11:30pm), with specific days off.
