Job description:
  • Good understanding of 5G NR, 4G LTE Radio architectures, and MIMO technology
  • Candidates should have hands-on experience testing Massive MIMO Antennas in 32x32 and 64x64 configurations.
  • Antenna design knowledge and familiarity with OTA testing in anechoic chambers are a plus.
  • Strong experience with RF Test Equipment—including Network Analyzers, Signal Analyzers, Vector Signal Generators, and Power Meters—is essential.
  • Basic configuration knowledge of Antenna Control units and interfaces with Power Amplifiers is also desirable.
  • Experience in working in Anechoic Chambers for Antenna Testing for antenna radiation patterns, gain, and efficiency measurements
  • Should have knowledge of 3GPP standards to ensure antenna designs meet 3GPP standards
  • Experience in the Test Plan Developments for Massive MIMO Antenna, data analysis, and report generations
  • Automation Test Scripts understanding and basic script updates
  • Good to have experience with Antenna Design simulation tools – CST Microwave Studio, HFSS and Test Script tools like Python / Perl
