Now Hiring RF Technicians

Schedule: 1st Shift | 7:00am - 3:30pm [MON-FRI]

This position is responsible for using soldering equipment to repair, modify, and change parts on electronic circuit boards and STB units. A solid understanding of RF transmission, amplification, and receiving electronic circuitry is required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thru-hole and surface-mount soldering with precision.
  • Conduct component-level soldering repairs and troubleshooting.
  • Test, troubleshoot, and repair PCBs at the component level.
  • Work with radio antennas and amplifier transmitters.
  • Handle heavy electronic equipment up to 50 lbs, such as sliding radios on a conveyor belt.
  • Share a workbench with 1st and 2nd shift technicians.
  • Utilize basic computer skills for data entry and navigation of applications like MS Office.
  • Communicate effectively in English for training and teamwork.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in thru-hole and surface-mount soldering.
  • Required RF acumen and component-level repair skills.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy and basic data entry.
  • Safety-toe shoes are mandatory due to the work environment.
