What You’ll Do:
As an RF Electronics Technician, you will play a key role in manufacturing, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing RF receivers, transponders, GPS receivers, and VHF electronic equipment. Your expertise will help ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

  • Test, troubleshoot, and repair RF, analog, and digital circuit boards at the PCB and final assembly level
  • Use RF signal generators, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and other advanced RF test equipment
  • Perform calibration, burn-in, and final testing of products
  • Diagnose and repair customer returns (RGA)
  • Maintain and improve ISO 9001 quality and workmanship standards
  • Assist in training new and existing team members

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • 2-year degree in electronics, vocational certification, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Strong ability to read schematics and understand circuit theory
  • Experience with RF testing, troubleshooting, and repair (a plus!)
  • Knowledge of JTAG programming, Python scripting, and GPIB RF test equipment is beneficial
  • Soldering experience (SMD & through-hole, IPC-A-610 or JSTD-001 standards) is a plus
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word) and excellent communication skills
