HotFoot Recruiters is hiring for entry-level Revit Engineer to support design and coordination efforts on high-tech construction projects for a growing engineering / semiconductor client in Arizona.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career candidates with a background in Interior Design, MEP, Civil Engineering, or related fields who are looking to build hands-on experience in BIM and Revit within a fast-paced project environment.

Position: Revit Engineer

Location: North Phoenix, AZ
Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday | Standard Business Hours
Pay: $60,000/year
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities

• Support design teams with Revit (3D) modeling and AutoCAD (2D) drafting
• Assist with preparing and updating construction drawings and layouts
• Modify and maintain BIM models based on engineer markups and project updates
• Coordinate with internal design teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of drawings
• Maintain organized project files and assist with document control
• Support project coordination and basic data tracking tasks
• Participate in BIM coordination efforts and learn industry best practices

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Mechanical (MEP), Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
• Revit (3D) and AutoCAD (2D) experience required (academic or internship experience acceptable)
• Strong interest in BIM modeling and construction design
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Strong learning mindset and willingness to be trained
