The Reverse Logistics Specialist manages customer accounts to ensure SLA compliance, prepares status reports, and supports scheduling, order processing, and inventory updates.
Key responsibilities include

  • inventory management and control, such as creating deliveries and troubleshooting order issues;
  • coordinating return shipments and monitoring stock availability;
  • resolving client issues by communicating order status and maintaining reports;
  • process optimization and supporting departmental improvements;
  • participating in business reviews and collaborating with operations to meet program requirements.

  • Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of customer service experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with logistics or ecommerce.
