What You'll Do
Provide customer support by assisting residents, business owners, and City staff with questions about business licenses, permits, taxes, and applications.
Process applications and payments for business occupation taxes, licenses, permits, and other City fees while ensuring accuracy and compliance with City ordinances.
Maintain financial and licensing records by balancing daily transactions, scanning documentation, and supporting reports and records management.
Support compliance and operations by helping identify non-compliant businesses, assisting with data maintenance, and contributing to improvements in forms and internal processes.
