Revenue & Rebate Analyst

We are seeking a motivated Revenue & Rebate Analyst to join our Corporate Accounting team in Charlotte, NC.

• Manage fee billing, invoicing, and month-end revenue accruals ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Calculate and process rebates, maintain schedules, and address inquiries.
• Perform financial analysis of complex fee calculations and AUM movements.
• Prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and support the financial close process.
• Identify opportunities for process automation using tools like Power Query, Power BI, SQL, and AI.
• Serve as a system administrator for revenue management systems, ensuring data integrity.
• Develop documentation, maintain controls, and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Stay current on tools and best practices, mentor colleagues, and support continuous improvement.
• 
  Qualifications include a degree in finance/accounting, 3+ years of experience, proficiency in Excel and data tools, and professional certification (CPA or similar) preferred.
