Revenue Operations Manager

The Revenue Operations Manager leads billing and revenue operations to ensure accurate invoicing, revenue integrity, and efficient financial processes. This role oversees the end-to-end billing cycle, manages a remote team, and partners cross-functionally with Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Client Services, and IT to support operational excellence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the monthly billing cycle, including invoice generation, approvals, and delivery.

  • Lead and develop a remote team, including direct management of supervisors.

  • Ensure timely and accurate billing aligned with month-end close requirements.

  • Monitor revenue operations, billing accuracy, and account balances.

  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, customer escalations, and system issues.

  • Support monthly close activities, reconciliations, and reporting.

  • Maintain billing controls, documentation, and audit readiness.

  • Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and system enhancements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

  • Provide reporting, analysis, and operational insights to leadership.

Qualifications

  • 3-7 years of leadership experience in revenue operations, billing operations, or financial operations.

  • Experience managing teams and driving operational performance.

  • Strong knowledge of billing systems, ERP platforms, CRM tools, and Excel.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Pay Details: $110,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
