Title: Revenue Operations Lead

Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite)

NO C2C!!!- W2 only - GC and USC only

Overview We are seeking a hands-on Revenue Operations Lead to build and optimize reporting, forecasting, CRM governance, and commercial operations across a growing B2B organization. Reporting directly to the CCO, this role will support the full revenue lifecycle while helping scale the company's RevOps function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own sales operations including pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, quota tracking, and CRM governance
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy and proactively deliver insights to commercial leadership
  • Translate ICPs and sales directives into target prospect lists using tools like Apollo or ZoomInfo
  • Track sales team performance against prospecting and pipeline goals
  • Support pricing analysis and deal workflows using Excel-based tools
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Operations, HR, and IT
  • Help improve commercial processes and support scaling initiatives and acquisitions

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Strategy
  • Strong experience with CRM systems, pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
  • Hands-on BI/dashboard building experience (Power BI preferred)
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills
  • Experience in high-growth or scaling B2B environments
  • Comfortable operating strategically while remaining highly hands-on

Preferred

  • Experience in consulting or private equity-backed companies
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Power BI, NetSuite, Apollo, or ZoomInfo
