Revenue Operations Analyst

Fully Onsite in Charlotte, NC

We are seeking a highly analytical and operationally driven Revenue Operations Analyst to support and continuously improve revenue operations across the full commercial lifecycle - from lead generation through close, renewal, and expansion. This highly visible role reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and IT leadership.

Key Responsibilities Core Reporting & Analytics

  • Design and maintain commercial reporting focused on key business metrics including pipeline, forecasting, win rates, and net revenue retention (NRR)
  • Build and manage dashboards and reporting infrastructure within BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy, completeness, and overall data hygiene across commercial teams
  • Analyze reporting trends and proactively provide insights to leadership

Revenue Operations Support

  • Support optimization of the end-to-end commercial process across lead generation, sales, renewals, and expansion
  • Assist with forecasting, pipeline visibility, and operational reporting initiatives
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and IT teams

Target Customer & Prospecting Operations

  • Build and manage target prospecting lists based on ICPs and leadership directives using tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms
  • Track sales team activity and progress against target account lists through reporting and analytics

Pricing & Commercial Support

  • Assist with pricing analysis and operational pricing processes
  • Maintain pricing-related reporting and Excel-based tools
  • Support leadership with commercial data analysis and reporting needs

Qualifications

  • Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or similar roles
  • Hands-on experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools
  • Strong understanding of CRM reporting, sales metrics, and pipeline analytics
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally

Preferred

  • Experience with Apollo, ZoomInfo, or other prospecting platforms
  • Exposure to pricing analysis or pricing operations
  • Experience supporting commercial or go-to-market teams
