Pay Range: $30 - $33 per hour on W2
 
Job Summary:
The Analyst, Revenue Operations role focuses on managing and optimizing end-to-end quote-to-cash processes to ensure seamless customer experience and operational efficiency. The role involves handling revenue transactions, contract validation, order processing, compliance (including SOX), and cross-functional collaboration. The analyst will also support automation initiatives, troubleshoot operational issues, and contribute to scaling business processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer account operations including contract validation, order processing, invoicing, and product provisioning
  • Perform complex validation of revenue transactions across multiple sales channels (Channel, Enterprise, eCommerce)
  • Ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards, product rules, and company policies
  • Support SOX compliance by documenting controls, processes, and working with auditors
  • Monitor automated systems, analyze logs, troubleshoot issues, and resolve transaction errors
  • Act as escalation point for cross-functional stakeholders including sales, finance, legal, and customer support
  • Drive automation initiatives by identifying opportunities, creating proposals, and partnering with technical teams
  • Support new product launches and business models by testing, documenting, and implementing operational processes
  • Assist in integration of acquired companies including system onboarding and data migration
  • Design and generate reports for reconciliation, performance tracking, and capacity planning
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation including SOPs, process flows, and training materials

  • Knowledge of accounts receivable, revenue recognition, and finance operations
  • Proficiency in tools such as Office 365, ERP systems, and CRM platforms
Industry Experience:
  • 2–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Finance Operations, Order Management, or similar roles
  • Experience working with SaaS, technology, or subscription-based business models preferred
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOX
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
