High school diploma/GED required (Bachelor’s in Accounting preferred)
Prior accounts receivable / billing / accounting experience strongly preferred
Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience preferred
Desired traits: self-starter, motivated, inquisitive, team-oriented, strong follow-through
Process customer invoicing and related administrative duties
Accurately post and record customer payments/checks on a regular basis
Communicate with customers to resolve past-due balances and secure payment
Research and resolve invoice/payment discrepancies
Use billing/accounting systems and Microsoft Office to track and document work
Support the accounting team with backup coverage and project-based tasks as needed
Handle phone calls professionally and provide strong customer service
A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a Revenue Cycle Specialist to support a busy accounting team with invoicing, payment posting, and resolution of billing discrepancies. This role is ideal for someone who’s investigative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team.

Training: First 1–2 weeks fully onsite
After training: Typically 3 days onsite / 2 days work-from-home (in-office days have some flexibility)
