Baptist Health is looking to add a Revenue Cycle Senior Project Manager in our Appeals & Denials Department at Baptist Metro Square. This is a full-time opportunity.

As a Revenue Cycle Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive operational excellence across the Revenue Cycle and overall organization.

• Serves as a strategic liaison between operational teams and Information Technology, translating business requirements to EPIC analysts and ensuring system accuracy through thorough testing and validation.

• Key front-facing role, the role facilitates strategic discussions with stakeholders, provides subject matter expertise on Revenue Cycle processes, and manages projects using Agile methodology to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement.

• This position is critical to optimizing system performance, enhancing financial outcomes, and supporting enterprise-wide transformation.

Experience:

• Revenue Cycle Experience - 5+ years
• Project Management Experience - 5+ years
• Data Analytics and Reporting - 5+ years
• Claim Resolution - 5+ years

Education and Certification:

• Bachelor's Degree (Required)
• Epic Certification in Hospital Billing or Reporting to be obtained within eight months of hire (Required)
• Caboodle Data Model (Required)
• Cogito Certified (Required)
• Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (Required)
• Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Administration - EPIC (Required)
• Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) - HFMA (Required)
