JOB SUMMARY:

The Technical Project Manager drives the end-to-end implementation of web applications and enterprise systems, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution within the .NET, SQL, and Power Platform ecosystems. Requiring at least 3 years of experience in system implementation, you will leverage MS Project and Smartsheet to develop detailed work breakdown structures, manage technical resource allocations, and lead action-oriented meetings to resolve complex logic or data bottlenecks. This role is responsible for the full production turnover lifecycle in a HIPAA-regulated environment-ensuring all systems meet rigorous security and compliance criteria, overseeing Tier 1 and Tier 2 handoffs, and producing high-quality technical documentation. By applying formal project methodologies and ITIL standards, you will ensure the successful delivery of secure, scalable solutions while driving continuous process improvement through detailed risk analysis and post-implementation reviews.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree

3 Years of Experience

Ability to organize and facilitate meetings and mentor team members on project management techniques and tools, development of project roles and responsibilities.

Knowledge in fundamentals of hospital organization, management techniques, JCAHO, HIPAA and Title 22 requirements are required.

Capable of maintaining confidential information.

Experienced in project management in a leadership role capacity, performing systems analysis, implementation and training, Healthcare IT related project management experience.

Knowledge about project management techniques and guidelines, including the project management life cycle, business case, feasibility studies, risk analysis and assessment, quality and cost control, and contracting procedures required. Must be able to manage large, complex projects that span multiple departments and team members in a matrixed environment, with ability to facilitate the timely resolution of issues across organizational boundaries. Experience developing and managing a project budget and timelines, and resource allocation.

Minimum of 3 years in a project management role with the emphasis on Project Management or other relevant work experience.

Ability to communicate clearly and make oral presentations to a broad spectrum of individual and groups, including senior management and to prepare concise and/or detailed written reports.

Demonstrated policy/procedure writing, regulation interpretation, organization planning, education program development, facilitation, communication and presentation skills essential.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of health care patient administration, financial and clinical systems.

PMI training or Certification a plus

Implementation experience with previous integrated Healthcare Information systems with emphasis on Clinical and Financial, EMR applications/systems (Epic, Meditech, Cerner, etc.).

Working knowledge of the technical work of the project team (software development, infrastructure, operations, etc.) preferred.

Experience in a supervisory capacity and the ability to direct and develop others

The current salary range for this position is $43.56 to $59.91
