Department: Physician Support Services

Schedule: Full-Time, Days

Salary range: $138,258.29 - $195,187.61 per year

Eligible for annual bonus incentive 

How you'll make an impact in this role:
  • End-to-end revenue cycle oversight: Leading all functions from patient access and charge capture through billing,coding, collections and denial management
  • Financial performance & analytics: Monitor key metrics, analyze trends, and drive data-informed strategies to improved revenue cycle operations
  • Process optimization & compliance: Standardize workflows, implement best practices and ensure compliance with payer contracts, regulatory requirements, and billing/coding guidelines
  • Team leadership & accountability: Manage and develop revenue cycle teams, set performance expectations, and foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and service excellence
  • Partner with providers, operations, IT, and finance to align clinical and administrative processes, resolve barriers to collections, and support organizational goals
What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Accountant preferred.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience
    required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's
    degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years
    being in leadership/management.
What additional requirements you'll need:
  • Professional/Physician provider billing and coding experience
  • 5-7 years of managerial and/or leadership experience
