Key Responsibilities for the Revenue Cycle & Billing Manager:
- Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle operations, including billing, coding, collections, and AR
- Lead, develop, and performance-manage supervisors and revenue cycle teams
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant claim submission and reimbursement across all service lines
- Monitor coding accuracy, audits, denials, and reimbursement trends to maximize revenue
- Direct billing, collections, sliding fee scale compliance, and payment plans
- Manage month-end close activities and provide financial and operational reporting
Qualifications for the Revenue Cycle & Billing Manager:
- Progressive leadership experience in revenue cycle or billing operations preferred
- Keen attention to detail and highly organized
