Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and organize inbound returns.
- Review customer returns are quality, condition and product details before processing returns.
- Prep customer returns to be resold. This includes, re-boxing, poly bagging, some cleaning etc.
- Manage reimbursement claims with e-commerce platforms on behalf of the company following our SOPs and TOS.
- Maintain an organized, clean work environment
- Upload returns to our inventory using listing tool software (training provided).
