Join our growing heavy-duty truck parts team and play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service. As an RMA & Claims Specialist, you'll manage product returns, warranty claims, and customer resolutions while working closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Process returns (RMAs) and warranty claims.
- Investigate product, freight, and shipping issues.
- Coordinate solutions with customers, vendors, and warehouse teams.
- Issue credits, replacements, and claim resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records and track claim status.
- Help identify opportunities to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
