Service Air is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for a skilled professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and leadership in the field.

Position Overview

• Lead residential and/or light commercial HVAC installations
• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to code
• Supervise helpers or junior installers
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members

Requirements

• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and best practices
• Ability to lead a job from start to finish
• Valid driver’s license
• EPA Certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Compensation

$75,000 – $100,000 annually, based on experience and performance
