The Retirement Plan Manager provides strategic and operational oversight of the Company’s qualified retirement plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, effective vendor management, and a strong participant experience. This role is responsible for the end-to-end administration, governance, and ongoing evolution of retirement programs, including plan design, migrations, and alignment with organizational and physician group objectives.

Participates in vendor RFPs, plan design enhancements, and Total Rewards initiatives. Manages and develops direct report, including oversight of day-to-day execution and professional development.
